We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from National Aircon. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy:

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.
• Return Process: To start a return process, please contact us to request a return authorization. Once your return request is approved by our customer service team, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
• Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 15 working days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
